Paul Marshall is the Chief Executive Officer, and Co-founder of kwiboo, and manages the growth strategy of the company. Prior to starting kwiboo with Paul Hayman, Marshall was responsible for IT Innovation at Aviva plc. Paul is a keen cyclist and always has a DIY job ongoing at home to keep him busy.

Paul Hayman is the Chief Operating Officer, and Co-founder of kwiboo, where he is responsible for kwiboo’s technology and product development strategy. Prior to starting kwiboo with Paul Marshall, Hayman was a contract consultant with Aviva plc in their Innovation function, IQUO and Smart421.
Technical Operations Director
Alex leads the technical deliveries at kwiboo from a planning and delivery perspective. Alex applies customer led governance to ensure all projects move through the appropriate delivery lifecycle and that the correct resources are deployed to ensure the delivery. Alex has a long career in IT leadership having been previously Head of IT at IPRS Group. In between status reports and Microsoft Project, Alex is a keen golfer and spends most of his spare time looking for his ball!
Duncan has produced noteworthy and effective work for some of the world’s most demanding brands, including Sony DADC, Sony Music, Toyota, FIFA, SEGA, Mitsubishi Electric, BT and Axa. He drives the UX and creative direction for all kwiboo clients. Duncan is a keen cyclist and when not on the roads spends most of his spare time coaching youth football.
Andrew is responsible for overall development at kwiboo and directs the development teams. Andrew is passionate about application architecture, scalability and performance. Andrew has a love of Maths and often works closely with the development team members on scientific and engineering purposed applications.
Mark has over 18 years experience in development in both insurance and banking, He is passionate about MVC5 Web Applications and WebAPI. Marks wife is an excellent cook which makes him a very popular member of the kwiboo team.
Senior Web Developer
IT Support Technician
James provides IT Technical support for kwiboo and their clients. Delivering tailored assistance on a case to case basis. With a passion for IT hardware and a close working partnership with colleagues, he ensures that inter-departmental experience and diverse knowledge lead to positive outcomes.
Simon has been involved with large and small businesses working on C# full stack projects within the Insurance and Formula 1 industries. He is passionate about learning new technologies and new languages having primarily been focused on desktop is now looking for the new challenges involved in web development. Simon has a passion for board games and at weekends can often be found playing with friends or looking for new games to enhance his collection.
Toby works in the development team across the kwiboo portfolio. A full stack developer, Toby has a strong interest in the latest web and cloud technologies. Prior to kwiboo, Toby worked in a variety of roles from application support in education through to cloud-driven workflow and business process management. Toby is a keen amateur mechanic and car and bike enthusiast. When not crying over broken, rusty bolts he can sometimes be found getting small computers to do useful things.
