kwiboo launch NEW Ticketing System for Clients

Customers with access to the kwiboo client portal who have any support issues, are now able to raise support tickets via the new kwiboo client portal .

The ticketing function of the existing client portal is a new feature that has been introduced to enhance kwiboo's service to customers and is now a standard part of the support function.

Raising a ticket is the fastest way to place a change request or inform us of an operational issue.

The ticketing portal delivers the following benefits to customers

  • The Portal provides a single point of contact for service requests
  • All of kwiboo's support team has access to the ticketing portal, so new requests will not go unnoticed
  • A ticket provides a conversation thread of actions against issues, with a complete audit trial through to resolution
  • Attachments can be uploaded as required

Please be assured that day to day account management will remain unchanged and that the ticketing portal is not a substitute for day to day help or advice.
