Paul Marshall
CEO and Co-Founder
Paul Marshall is the Chief Executive Officer, and Co-founder of kwiboo, where he manages the growth strategy of the East Anglian Microsoft Certified Partner. Prior to starting kwiboo with Paul Hayman, Marshall was responsible for IT Innovation at Aviva plc.
Marshall started his IT career at Norwich Union in 1997, focusing on the Oracle Financials toolset, where he managed the interface between the Finance community and the IT division. Following on from his tenure in Oracle Financials, Marshall then moved to a scalability consultancy role in Norwich Union Life and Pensions on the Unisure Oracle Platform. Marshall developed a number of innovative solutions to scalability issues on the platform and later moved into a full time IT innovation role in Norwich Union General Insurance.
Paul Marshall started a freelance IT consultancy in 2000, and was responsible for the creation of a number of premium rate mobile telephony service businesses.
Paul Marshall is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) and has a Master of Arts Degree in Management Studies from the University of St Andrews, specialising in Global Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Change, Complexity and Innovation.
Paul Hayman
COO and Co-Founder
Paul Hayman is the Chief Operating Officer, and Co-founder of kwiboo, where he is responsible for kwiboo’s technology and product development strategy. Prior to starting kwiboo with Paul Marshall, Hayman was a contract consultant with Aviva plc in their Innovation function, IQUO and Smart 421.
Hayman’s IT career started as a contractor for British Telecommunications plc in the company’s technology laboratory at the Martlesham Heath facility. Hayman then accepted a consultancy position at Smart421 extending his consultancy experience from Telecommunications and Insurance into New Media, Investment Banking, Leisure, Legal, Pharmaceuticals, Interactive Gaming, and Online Services. Whilst a consultant with Smart421, Hayman spent a year at Willis Group's IT centre in Ipswich to lead IT development teams on both sides of the Atlantic delivering multimillion pound IT projects.
Paul Hayman is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) and Innovation Evangelist.
